The price is per apartment and per night for two guests, including VAT.
The local tourist tax of €2 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and over) is charged additionally.
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Minimum stay: 7 nights during peak season July and August, and over Christmas and New Year.
Shorter stays are available only on request and may incur an additional fee.
Cleaning fee: €160 per apartment
Security deposit: €300 per apartment

Children up to and including 12 years: €20 per day
Each additional person (13 years and older): €40 per day

On request, we are happy to provide a high chair for children.
For stays of 5 nights or more, a towel change is available upon request.

Additional Services
A flat fee of €160 per apartment applies for the final cleaning. We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment and the kitchenware clean and tidy.

Good to know

Location
Menihof is located at 1,250 metres above sea level above the village of Afing on the Tschögglberg. From the bus stop in Afing (a 40-minute walk or 10-minute drive), buses regularly run to Jenesien and Bolzano. By car, Bolzano can be reached in about 40 minutes. In Afing, there is a small grocery shop and a traditional inn.

Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that the apartment be vacated by 11:00 AM.

Booking & Payment

Deposit: 50% at the time of booking
Security deposit per apartment: €300, to be transferred together with the final payment before arrival. The deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
Final payment: 14 days before arrival, including the €300 deposit per apartment.

Cancellation Policy
There is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation terms under Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:

Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations within 3 months up to 14 days before arrival will result in retention of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 14 days before arrival, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.

We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Pets
Dogs are only allowed in our ground-floor apartment PICEA, upon request and for an additional fee (€30 per day).
