- Shorter stays only on request and for a surcharge of EUR 50.00.

- For the final cleaning or additional cleaning of your apartment, we charge a flat rate of EUR 50, - per apartment and cleaning.

Location
The Menihof is located at an altitude of 1,250 meters above the village of Avigna on Monzoccolo mountain. From the bus stop in Avigna (40 minutes by foot, 10 minutes by car) there are regular buses to San Genesio and Bolzano. With your own car, you can reach Bolzano in about 40 minutes.Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment is ready for you from 3pm on. On the day of departure, we ask you to free the apartment before 10 am. On request, the late check-out can be booked for an extra charge of EUR 20.00 in which case you can use the apartment until 6 pm.Booking & payment

Cancellation
There is no right of withdrawal within the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw under the cancellation conditions of Art. 1382 ZGB: Cancellations up to 3 months before the day of arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within these 3 months and up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 14 days before the day of arrival, for late arrivals, early departures or in case of non-arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.Animals
